Who we are

JRE Analytics is an independent platform that analyzes official Japanese real estate transaction-price data (MLIT). This site is operated as an informational service. For any privacy question or request, contact us via our contact page.

Information we collect

Information you provide: your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or lead-magnet, and the name, email, and message you submit through the contact form.
Purchase information: if you buy a paid location report, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
Usage & device data: pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location (country/region/city derived from IP), device/browser type, and a randomly generated visitor ID stored in a cookie. This is used for analytics and to distinguish human visitors from automated crawlers.

Advertising & Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertising on this site. In connection with ads:

Essential/functional: a visitor ID and a visitor-class cookie used to run analytics correctly and keep you signed in.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies.
Advertising: Google AdSense and partner cookies (subject to consent where required).
