Our analysis is based largely on official transaction-price data published by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), together with other public sources. Public data has limitations, and figures may be estimated, rounded, or typical/representative rather than exact. We describe our method and its limits on the Methodology page. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or error-free.
